1. Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of the JobsAI website and products, including JobsAI.Work for job seekers and JobsAI Enterprise for employers and recruiting teams. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. The service
JobsAI provides AI powered software for finding, applying to and filling jobs. For job seekers this includes job matching, resume and cover letter generation, automated application submission and interview practice. For employers this includes applicant tracking, recruiting CRM, AI sourcing, screening, AI interviews and analytics.
We are a software provider. We are not an employer, an employment agency, or a party to any employment relationship, and we do not guarantee any job, interview, placement or hire except where an explicit written guarantee applies to your plan.
4. Automated applications and authorisation
Where you enable automated application features, you authorise JobsAI to prepare and submit applications and related materials to employers on your behalf, using the profile, documents and preferences you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of everything in your profile and documents, and you can review, pause or disable automation at any time.
5. AI generated content
Resumes, cover letters, summaries, scores, rankings and interview feedback are generated by AI and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. Employers using JobsAI Enterprise remain solely responsible for their hiring decisions and for compliance with employment, privacy and anti discrimination law in their jurisdiction, including any obligations relating to automated decision tools.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person, upload data you do not have the right to share, scrape or reverse engineer the service, interfere with its operation or security, resell access without authorisation, or use JobsAI for unlawful or discriminatory purposes.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant JobsAI a licence to host, process, transmit and display that content as needed to operate the service for you, including sending it to employers and to AI providers to generate results. For employers, you confirm you have a lawful basis to upload candidate data to the platform.
8. Fees, trials and guarantees
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. Cancelling stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current period. Fees already paid are non refundable except where required by law or where a written guarantee applies. Any interview guarantee is subject to the eligibility and usage conditions published with that plan.
9. Third party services
The service integrates with third party systems such as job boards, applicant tracking systems, email and calendar providers. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or conduct.
10. Intellectual property
JobsAI and its licensors own the platform, software, models, branding and documentation. These terms grant you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the service, and nothing more.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that it will produce any particular hiring or career outcome.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobsAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, if required by law, or if your use poses a risk to the service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where changes are material, notify you in the product or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
15. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JobsAI is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law rules. Replace this paragraph with your governing jurisdiction, registered entity name and legal contact address before publishing.
